Hi, I’m Amanda.
My wellness journey has been anything but linear. In fact, at times it felt like a never-ending roller coaster, filled with ups and downs that left me searching for answers. Born and raised in Los Angeles, California, I was fortunate to grow up in a city that embraced alternative healing. Struggling with digestive issues from a young age, my mom introduced me to Traditional Chinese Medicine and homeopathic remedies. But for years, I didn’t realize that the foods I was eating were contributing to my symptoms. It wasn’t until later in life that I sought the help of a naturopathic healer, and with the right supplementation and dietary shifts, I finally found some relief.
When my family moved to Austin, Texas, in 2021, symptoms like chronic pain, candida, and fatigue were resurfacing and coming to a head. I realized it was time to take full control of my healing. In that pivotal “aha” moment, I decided to commit myself by transforming and reclaiming my well-being once and for all. I sought guidance from a local naturopathic practitioner and prioritized physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness. I embraced daily meditation, adopted a whole foods-based diet, cut out processed foods and refined sugar, incorporated daily movement into my routine, and intentionally shifted my mindset toward positivity and self-empowerment. These changes became the foundation of my healing journey and ultimately led me to my passion, helping others reclaim their health.
As my chronic pain eased, my energy returned, and my emotional and mental clarity grew, I experienced a transformation that changed everything. That healing journey sparked a deep passion for holistic wellness and inspired me to help others find their own path to well-being. This calling ultimately led me to earn a certificate in Health Coaching from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition

Remote Reiki, also known as distance Reiki, allows me to channel healing energy to you no matter where you are. Just like an in-person session, remote Reiki promotes relaxation, reduces stress, and supports emotional and physical well-being—all from the comfort of your own home. Energy isn’t bound by distance, which means you can experience the same benefits without being physically present. During a session, I set an intention to connect with your energy field, helping to restore balance, release blockages, and promote overall healing.
