My journey started with something simple—daily meditation. Once I learned how to quiet my mind and regulate my nervous system, everything else began to unfold. With a calmer foundation, I could finally notice the cycles I had been stuck in. I started replacing negative feedback loops with positive ones. I became more mindful of the thoughts and emotions running through my mind and how deeply they were impacting my body.
And the best part? All of these first steps were completely free. No expensive tools. No complicated programs. Just presence, awareness, and commitment.
Of course, my healing didn’t stop there. When I was ready, my progress accelerated with the support of a naturopathic practitioner who helped me address deeper layers of my health. Healing is rarely linear—there are ups and downs, detours and breakthroughs, but the journey is worth every moment.
