There’s Still Time: Making the Most of the Rest of 2025

2025 isn’t over yet—and there’s still plenty of time to create meaningful change. It’s easy to get caught up in routine and feel like it’s “too late” to start something new, but transformation can begin with one small shift at a time. Instead of trying to overhaul everything at once, focus on adding one new habit or mindset each week. You can absolutely still have your glow-up this year.

Here are a few ways to make the most of the months ahead:

Visualize the Best Version of You

This is one of my favorite practices. Take just five minutes a day to visualize the best version of yourself. I like to do this before I fall asleep at night. Maybe she’s traveling the world, feeling deeply fulfilled in her work, or radiating confidence in her healthiest body. Remember, there are no limits.

Assume You Already Have It

Step into the energy of your future self by assuming it’s already yours. Imagine you already have that job, that new home, that loving relationship. Your subconscious mind doesn’t know the difference between reality and imagination—so start living as if it’s happening now.

Journal Once a Day

Even a few sentences can make a difference. Journaling helps release emotions, gain clarity, and reconnect with your inner voice. If visualizing feels hard at first, try writing out what your best self looks and feels like. Putting it on paper brings it closer to reality.

Treat Your Body Like a Temple

The way you care for your body reflects how you feel about yourself. Nourish it with foods that make you feel vibrant and alive. If you notice something doesn’t sit well with you, simply replace it with something that does. Your body will thank you.

Declutter Your Life

Energy flows where space allows. Clear out your closet, fridge, pantry, or car—one area each week. By the end of the month, you’ll be amazed at how much lighter you feel. A decluttered space truly supports a decluttered mind.

Sending love and light on your healing journey,
